டெல்லி முதல்வர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவாலை அமலாக்க இயக்குனரகம் கைது செய்தது.

அமலாக்கத் துறையின் நடவடிக்கைக்கு தடை கோரிய டெல்லி முதல்வர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவாலின் மனுவை டெல்லி உயர் நீதிமன்றம் நிராகரித்தது. மதுபானக் கொள்கையில் முறைகேடுகள் நடந்ததாகக் கூறப்படும். 

சாரணைக்கு ஆஜராகுமாறு டெல்லி முதல்வர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவாலுக்கு கடந்த நவம்பர் மாதம் முதல் அமலாக்க இயக்குனரகம் 8 முறை சம்மன் அனுப்பியுள்ளது. ஆனால் அவர் தொடர்ந்து ஆஜராகாததால், கெஜ்ரிவால் தொடர்ந்த வழக்கில் கடந்த 16ம் தேதி டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்றம் அவருக்கு ஜாமீன் வழங்கியது. உயர்நீதிமன்றம் ஜாமீன் வழங்கிய பிறகும், அமலாக்க இயக்குனரகம் கெஜ்ரிவாலுக்கு சம்மன் அனுப்பியது.

இந்நிலையில், டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் கெஜ்ரிவால் புதிய மனு ஒன்றை தாக்கல் செய்தார். விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜரானால் கைது செய்யப்பட மாட்டோம் என அமலாக்கத்துறை உறுதி அளிக்க வேண்டும் என அந்த மனுவில் கூறப்பட்டிருந்தது.

இந்த மனுவை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி, கெஜ்ரிவால் விடுத்த கோரிக்கையை நிராகரித்தார். கெஜ்ரிவாலின் கோரிக்கை மீது எந்த உத்தரவையும் பிறப்பிக்க முடியாது என்று நீதிபதி கூறினார்

இந்நிலையில் டெல்லி முதல்வர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் வீட்டிற்கு அமலாக்கத்துறை அதிகாரிகள் வாரண்டுடன் சென்றுள்ளனர். அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் வீட்டிற்கு 12 பேர் கொண்ட அமலாக்கத்துறை அதிகாரிகள் சென்றதால் பரபரப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. அமலாக்கத் துறையின் சம்மனுக்கு டெல்லி நீதிமன்றம் தடை விதிக்க மறுத்ததால், அதிகாரிகள் கெஜ்ரிவால் வீட்டுக்குச் சென்றனர். இதை அறிந்த ஆம் ஆத்மி கட்சி தொண்டர்கள் மற்றும் நிர்வாகிகள் அங்கு திரண்டனர். இதனால் அங்கு அசாதாரண சூழல் நிலவியது.

The Delhi High Court rejected Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea seeking a stay on the enforcement department’s action. The Enforcement Directorate has summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal 8 times since last November to appear before the ongoing investigation into alleged irregularities in the liquor policy. But as he continued to not appear, the Delhi High Court granted him bail on the 16th in the case filed by Kejriwal. Even after the High Court granted bail, the Enforcement Directorate summoned Kejriwal.

In this case, Kejriwal filed a new petition in the Delhi High Court. In that petition, it was stated that the enforcement department should give an assurance that he will not be arrested if he appears for the investigation.
The judge heard the petition and rejected the request made by Kejriwal. The judge said that no order could be passed on Kejriwal’s request

In this situation, enforcement officials have gone to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s house with a warrant. A team of 12 enforcement officials visited Arvind Kejriwal’s house and there was a commotion. As the Delhi court refused to stay the enforcement department’s summons, officials went to Kejriwal’s house. Knowing this, Aam Aadmi Party volunteers and administrators gathered there. Due to this, an unusual situation prevailed there.
